Polamar, Venezuela where the diesel fuel is only .25 to .50 a gallon, but you cannot go to the docks to get the fuel. They come to you in a very old boat, and hand crank the diesel fuel from 55 gallon drums. This process takes a few hours if you need to get your tanks filled.
